Its uses for healthcare date back to the 16th century by the natives of north and northeastern Brazil. Copaiba can help soothe anxious feelings and supports the cardiovascular, nervous, digestive, immune, and respiratory systems. It is known to have anti-inflammatory properties that also address various body aches and pain.
